By accessing or purchasing from Ready Made Chic, you agree to the following:
1. Custom Orders & Personalization
All items are made to order
Customers must verify spelling, punctuation, and design details before submitting orders
Selecting correct sizes and colors is the customer’s responsibility
We print personalization exactly as submitted; errors by the customer are not eligible for refunds
2. All Sales Final
Custom and personalized items are final sale
Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing or change of mind
We will replace items only if there is a manufacturing/printing error, the item arrives damaged, or the wrong item was sent
Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery with photo proof
3. DTF Print Disclaimer
Our garments use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Improper washing
High-heat drying
Ironing directly on designs
Bleach or harsh chemicals
Normal wear and tear
4. Party Bookings
Party dates are confirmed only after a deposit is received
Deposits are non-refundable
Guest counts must be finalized before the event
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and branding are the property of Ready Made Chic
Customers submitting artwork confirm they have the right to use it
6. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect/incidental damages or shipping delays
Minor measurement variations (±1 inch) are not considered defects
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to any changes.
